Class Description: Ritual is an open-level class. A class where you can let go of the outside world & tune into your body without judgment. The movement style takes elements from contemporary and lyrical dance forms. This class is an energy exchange to shift our frequency as a collective and dance with abandon. This class begins with a warmup to increase flexibility and improve coordination. The warmup is followed by a combination of contemporary/lyrical movements that will allow everyone to interpret and express the emotion and story connected to the piece of music. All levels are welcome, yet having some technique is a plus. My goal is that everyone leaves class feeling lighter and with a happy heart.
